Return Policy

Please use the Contact Us form referencing your name and delivery postcode. Also advise the product(s) that you wish to return.

Returns can be made to our holding warehouse at Ormond Street, Bury, BL9 7AJ. This is not a manned warehouse. The return must be pre-booked with a date and time. 

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Please allow 3-5 days for receipt of the refund.

* Unfortunately we can not accept the return of powder products or items where the packaging has been opened and are deemed no longer fit for resale.
